The workshop will examine key trends affecting social and economic inclusion and ask participants to develop innovative approaches and creative solutions. Cultural activities will complement learning goals of the seminars and allow participants to explore Washington, D.C.
Undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate students from the Santander Universities represented countries, including Uruguay. A diverse cohort is desired, drawing students from the social sciences, history, law, business, technology, engineering, computer science, biomedical sciences, and physical sciences.
Workshop will take place from July 27- August 7, 2020.
Workshop costs, room and half board (breakfast and lunch on weekdays) are covered by this grant. The student is responsible for air and ground transportation to Georgetown University, travel medical insurance, and visa costs.
Academic excellence and advanced English language required.
